Close and restart the iGVE app on iPhone
Update iGVE app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix iGVE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iGVE network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent iGVE app issues:

Force Stop the iGVE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click iGVE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update iGVE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iGVE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "iGVE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch iGVE.

Fix iGVE unable to contact server/ iGVE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click iGVE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got iGVE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iGVE on android.
