Recordify goes through all the recording. It starts preparing to convert to MP3 or another format. It goes partway through and stops. I find no recordings at all. I have uninstalled Windows Defender and have Norton 365.

Force Stop the Recordify App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Recordify app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Recordify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Recordify App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Recordify app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Recordify.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Recordify » "Force Stop".
