Recordify goes through all the recording. It starts preparing to convert to MP3 or another format. It goes partway through and stops. I find no recordings at all. I have uninstalled Windows Defender and have Norton 365.

How to fix Recordify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Recordify app on iPhone
Update Recordify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Recordify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Recordify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Recordify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Recordify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Recordify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Recordify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Recordify » click [Force Stop]

Update Recordify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Recordify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Recordify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Recordify.

Fix Recordify unable to contact server/ Recordify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Recordify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Recordify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Recordify
