Hopeless app Just flashes on and off the word fever - I click on tickets - just get the logo flashing once more

Can’t log into the app. Says oops something went wrong.

There are a lot of problems with this app; I've been trying REPEATEDLY to change a date (I was told I have to), and the app kept kicking me out. I tried several attempts and it's just very frustrating.

I am trying to find my tickets that I purchased on july 7, 2023. first 6 numbers are 0401134 last 4 numbers are 5650. for the van gogh experience in tucson. Can you please resend the tickets. Thank you

I’m trying to access tickets for dino’s live in DC and when it asks “define yourself”, I click on “family” and nothing happens. I’ve shut everything down and started over and same thing. Can not get beyond that point.

I spoke to a man concerning our trouble accessing the site for Candlelight a Tribute to Queen in Detroit on November 9 this past week. The mixup was over an address that came up on our car for Antoine st downtown. There was no St Peter St Paul church there though it was the same address. Long story short, the proper address should have been St. Antoine St. same address. 438 Antoine. By the time we realized we had been searching for 50 minutes and we missed the show. I don't want my money back because it was our error but I would very much appreciate it if I could buy two tickets for Bach to Beetles. I received several messages after speaking to this gentleman who said he'd try to work it out. But the messages came on my e-mail and I had no idea that they were coming in this way. My tickets for queen were 31758404 on November 9th. Please try to accommodate us and sell us tickets for this Bach and Beetles date in Detroit.

Tried to download app on iPhone for tickets purchased. QR code is wrong and sign in keeps reporting “oops something went wrong try again”. I have deleted app and reloaded. Same issues. Just want to get tickets prior to 10-21 show.

I've deleted the QR Code Reader for my ticket purchase three weeks ago

They have charged me the wrong price for order number# 25234255 . It should be senior rate of $17.50. Also as of today I haven’t received refund voucher for order number #4697536. Please expedite the issue.
