How to fix Alouette app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Alouette app on iPhone
Update Alouette app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Alouette iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Alouette on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Alouette network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Alouette app issues:

Force Stop the Alouette App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Alouette app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Alouette to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Alouette App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Alouette app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Alouette.

Fix Alouette unable to contact server/ Alouette internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Alouette » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Alouette » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Alouette on android.
