I had a $100 cart of items specifically tailored to each of my kids and different eating requirements, like no gluten, no carbs, etc. I clicked the Credit Card button in the cart to pay, and the entire app crashed. I immediately reopened it, and my cart was gone. I am not going through putting in all of that again just to have it crash on me subsequent times. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Deleting MazziosPizza and remembering why I hate Mazzios. So thanks for that I guess.

Ive tried setting up an account, but it doesn’t recognize my login info and there’s no cash option.

Okay, I use to be a Mazzio’s fan but now I refuse to order from them. MazziosPizza is HORRIBLE. First off, they have my home address showing in another town. I had to call into order and they would only go by what they showed in their system. When I gave them specific directions they were able to deliver a couple times. Then for some reason I guess they got tired of it and on one order they never showed up. When I called customer service they told them the driver returned because I never answered door and that i do this all the time. Complete lie!!!! Secondly, I looked to order from my office which just about across the street from one of their restaurants. Once again they didn’t not have my office address. Literally couldn’t show an address across from their own location. That’s pretty weak! So, although this review will ultimately fall upon deaf ears and they could care less. I hope others will see that they could care less to fix any issues they have with customer service or apps that represent the service they provide.

Fix your app and give me a refund

and can’t add a different one.

We pay premium pizza prices and get a horrible app. No way of tracking.

Can’t use MazziosPizza it never works. Shouldn't have to be this hard to order mediocre pizza.

I tried to buy $40 worth of pizza with my card but the second I clicked the card button on MazziosPizza it triggered some sort of anti theft problem for MazziosPizza so IM OVER ITTT NOT SPENDING MY MONEYYY BYEEE

MazziosPizza doesn’t work when it comes to finding my home address it’s such a poor experience.

We have been trying for 2 days to get MazziosPizza to work it lets you order and then the screen shows oops something went wrong we might be experiencing technical difficulties

I was almost done with my order then I got a png just on my screen that said something like family deals so I restarted MazziosPizza and all my stuff was gone and it wouldn’t let me put in my address. Time to order dominos.

Every time I try to order it crashes at the credit card pay option. I even tried the website and that was garbage too.

My order said it was two minutes away for 20 minutes and then when it finally said delivered it was nowhere to be found, tried going back into MazziosPizza to get it fixed but it repeatedly crashed dozens of times.

MazziosPizza made me too angry! There’s a cash option now which is great but there’s no way to use local coupons through MazziosPizza and the website is now updated to be exactly like MazziosPizza which makes it impossible to use coupons there too!

Idk what happened. But used to there was a cash option for payment. Which was nice. I could drive over, pick up my pizza, and pay in person. But now that cash option is gone. And I’m not overly happy about it. So MazziosPizza used to be good. But now it bugs me. And won’t work either now. So yeah. Bring back the cash option for payment and I’ll be happy.

MazziosPizza is atrocious.
The interface is clunky and unwieldy, the buttons are too close together and you can end up pressing the wrong one by accident. MazziosPizza is entirely web based so every time you press a button it can take a full minute to load and if it was the wrong button another minute to undo it. MazziosPizza looks and feels like it was designed 10 years ago or by someone who has no idea how app coding works.
The ordering process is not streamlined or made easier or faster in any way shape or form.
And when you order a pizza they do not assume you want cheese and sauce! You have to select that yes you want cheese and sauce and that you want it on the whole pizza. First time I tried MazziosPizza I accidentally ordered it would only cheese on one half and sauce on the other half. Because it was delivered "as ordered" they refused to fix it.
MazziosPizza is a disgrace to modern software engineering and whoever built it needs to be ashamed of themselves.

I used to have MazziosPizza and would order pizza no problem. Then all of a sudden MazziosPizza will just quit on me when I go to pay. The entire order is gone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times, updated my phone, but it still gives me the same issue.

Expensive like everything but consistently good. They forget the ranch sometimes but usually always on point.

Was easy to maneuver back and forth throughout the menu.. Applied discounts automatically.. Showed my estimated delivery time and many options to change menu items as wanted. Overall was quick and easy.
