Upon launch, I get an error saying “to safeguard your data, we do not support rooted or jailbroken devices.” MY DEVICE IS NOT EVEN JAILBROKEN OR ANYTHING!!! I already had to get a new phone because you decided I shouldn’t be allowed to use DollarBank on an older device anymore, and now you pull this! Get rid of that trash or at least put an ok button, so where it’s not blocking out people for no reason. Even if somebody did root their device, that’s on them if something happens, however that is NOT EVEN THE CASE HERE! I don’t know why I’m getting that error! I’m so fed up with Dollar Bank for multiple reasons, soon I’ll just have to move all my money to a bank that can have a working app. Edit: In response to the developer’s response here, I ALREADY HAVE contacted support, got an email saying it would be forwarded and that I’d hear back, and now nearing a month later, I’ve still gotten no further response or help at all. If some corporate executive didn’t discriminate against lower income people who can’t afford the newest devices, and try to implement a non-working, faulty root detection system disallowing use of DollarBank entirely, we wouldn’t be in this situation, and you’d likely have a 5 star review instead.
