I keep getting a message your key is disabled. I have removed app and downloaded it again. I also called the board to reassign another auth code, I keep getting same message. I talked to Supra support, and still unable to get into app?

When your Supra eKEY is not updating call your local board and ask them to "Reauthorize your eKEY"/ Login, select "more" in the bottom right hand corner, select About ekey app, select reauthorize authorization, select yes, then when you are on the blue screen select activate eKEY, enter the authorization code, select the two circles and that should fix it.

My key also will not update automatically says it can't find Wi-Fi. I have to keep calling for an update code.

My key will not update automatically says it can't find Wi-Fi but I'm surrounded by Wi-Fi I have to keep calling for an update code can I delete this version and reinstall the app

It just spins for when I try to update my Supra ekey, very frustrating!!!

My Supra app doesn't move beyond the blue logo screen. I end up having to reload several times a week if not several times in a day. It gets to be so many "new" authorizations that I eventually have to call my local board for an new access code. I have iphone Xr, ios 15.3.1 and recent Supra app . This is a fairly recent issue of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your input. -CS
