I have had a serious head injury. I have had 4 iPads, and one Apple desk top computer. Since I have had a serious head injury, in a car accident, I no longer can count on my brain to work the way it used to. I sometimes require direct human assistance. I especially need this after installing new apps, or if something happens to the app, within the first few months after it is installed. It appears you think the Americans With Disabilities Act is a suggestion, not the law. I believe you might want to rethink that. Since I am usually housebound, I rely heavily on my computer.

This app used to be great. I used it for all my watch lists for a long time. However, it’s been slowly getting buggier and buggier. It no longer syncs properly. I can’t log out. Streaming services do not accurately display for shows. My watchlist scrolls forever, repeating my content over and over. Maybe something is corrupt, but if I delete the app I lose everything and have to start over since it hasn’t sync’d.

On top of that want a monthly subscription for $2.50 to disable ads and provide a few extra filters? This app doesn’t even support multiple lists/categories (like me, me and my wife, our entire family). Everything has to be managed from a single list, which gets messy.

It doesn’t work well enough to use for free. It certainly isn’t worth a monthly fee.

Ok, but a pain at times

I like how it does a good job of taking me to the shows I want, but there are a number of bugs that keep this from being a great app.

First, it takes me into an app like Plex and the show starts right up. However, there a more apps where, like Paramount, where it just takes you into the app then you have to navigate to the show or the episode.

Second, I have to back out to JustWatch and mark that I have seen the show, it doesn't do it automatically.

Third, and the most annoying of all, is when I do a search for a show or movie, or just browse through its suggestions, it returns a lot of hits for which I don't have the app, or (worse yet) hits that no one has. This wastes a lot of time, more than if I go into an app and do the search there. JustWatch needs to either not return hits for shows that I have no access to, or highlight the show so that I don't waste time diving in, only to find out that I can't watch it.

Finally, support doesn't exist. I have asked numerous questions only to either get no response, or to get a response weeks later (problem with late responses is that they don't repeat the question, which after several weeks I may no longer remember what the exact problem was).

Good app, but not great. Has a long way to go before I would seriously consider paying for the service. Yes, there is a paid service, but the app doesn't tell you what you are paying for, just "unlock more features and filters".

Nice resource w/ audio bug

Just started using it. Love that I can scroll for interesting shows/movies in one place. The main reason I downloaded it is that I have 7 streaming services and i need to find the service that streams my show/movie for free (or no additional charge outside of subscription). I’m still exploring it, but I notice a bug that’s quite annoying. No audio plays unless you route audio through headphones. My husband and I tried on our iPhones iOS 14.1 and couldn’t get the trailers to play audio. By chance my husband switched to headphones and it worked, but again, switching back to iPhone (as audio output) results in silence while the trailer plays. If this audio bug is fixed, I’d rate higher
