I got the hang of using the app, but I was surprised when the movie I was watching was interrupted by the beginning of another movie. I thought that maybe I missed something about how to use the app, but after 8 or 9 times, just how patient should I be? I gave it a fair chance, but somehow the moments of movie magic are completely obliterated when an entirely different movie interrupts the original actors' dialogue. Too bad. The whole point of the app, I thought, is to engage the customer in interesting programs or movies. Nope. So sorry. If I want to ditch a movie I'm watching in order to watch something else, then I should be the one handling the process.
You're not taking any money from me, but you are taking minutes of my time that I can't recover. The experience is doomed to be a waste from the beginning. I sure have enough opportunity for that without looking for yet another chance to waste more time!

I just wanted to show V/H/S to my family. This was the only free option. Xuno interrupted the quick-cutting horror anthology action by interrupting the flow of the film literally every 10-15 minutes with an average of 7 commercials each time. It doesn’t tell you how many commercials you’re getting each time or how long it’s going to last. What was a barely two hour long movie was instead around 2:40 of repeating uninteresting commercials that cut into the pacing abruptly and disturbingly. I am not watching anything on here again - all the other options such as tubi and Peacock do free better.

The concept is good and has a good list of channel, but what’s the point, if it doesn’t work 90% of the time. Usually there is a in program ad that gets triggered within the program - which is totally fine and expected - but after the ad it doesn’t switch back to the channel content and screen just stays blank.
Switching channels also brings a blank screen and only option is exit the app. (Which after doing this for like 10 or more time), I quit the app for one final time and for good.
