[Solved] Can't log in to my Wegman's account from iPhone although it works just fine on my desktop Mac
Cannot select a pickup time on app
Cannot check out. Lets me add items, card, and phone number, but won’t let me check out

The mobile app for Wegmans isn’t working, i try to type an item in search bar and hit enter and it just jeeps searching, the wheel just spins.
Can open app fine but when I search to add an item it just keeps searching with a spinning arrow and no items appear? For three weeks???!!
App not working on iPhone 13 Pro
APP NO LONGER WORKING. TRY TO OPEN IT STATES OOPS SOMETHING WRONG. DELETED AND REINSTALLED. NO HELP PLease advise have had the app along time
When using the app on my iPhone 13 pro max, the app opens and seems to function fine, but when I click on the search bar the screen goes black and the app is unusable. I have to clear the app from memory/open app list before I can use it again.
When I tried to use my app I was alerted that it needed to be updated (which I did); however, I’m still getting the same message & unable to open it. The updates in the App Store says that the Wegmans app update is complete. My meals 2 go app is working, however.
Having a problem with pickup. The Wegman's app works fine until I get to the pickup parking space and when I click the link to let them know I am there, instead of getting the "I am here ready for pickup, and the minutes countdown", I am sent back to Wegman's shopping. I have to call the number on the sign in order to let them know to bring out my groceries. This has happened the last three times I ordered for curbside pickup. I order on my home computer and pickup with my iphone and it has worked beautifully since I started buying groceries from Wegmans this way in 2020 until recently. I am always logged in on both devices. Please fix this as it seems to take quite a bit longer for them to bring out my order when I have to call them.
Can not scroll in the app to see my list or items. It’s like the screens are frozen
It keeps telling me to login when I try to clip digital coupons or it says no digital coupons available despite the item saying digital coupon available. Please fix. I would like my Wegman Insider freebies. Thank you!
My Wegmans app won’t search for items. How can I fix it?
I can shop and add items to my grocery list, but cannot checkout. I have contacted Instacart who says it’s a Wegmans problem and contacted Wegmans with NO resolution.
The Search option isn’t working when in the Shopping List
App will not find nearest store. It continues to tell me to enable location services, but I have access enabled in my iPhone settings.
I cannot login to the app to get my grocery’s scheduled to be picked up. I have tried for 2 days and deleted the all and reinstalled it and it still reads: Oops AADB2C: Customer ID f064df19-49a7-4ba3-99a9-c24a3fd54663 not found in Customer Api. It’s frustrating because I don’t live close to a Wegmans so if I can’t order my grocery’s to be picked up or I can’t shop at Wegmans because i don’t have the time to shop myself. Please fix this so I can stay shopping there again.
