Willow App on my Fire TV Stick is crashing while I’m trying to play the IPL match

We cannot open any matches on the Willow app on our Roku. We get an error message on each one we try. However we can see that Willow is broadcasting on our Fios cable channel.

How to fix Willow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Willow app on iPhone
Update Willow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Willow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Willow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Willow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Willow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Willow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Willow App
1. On android, goto Settings » Willow » click [Force Stop]

Update Willow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Willow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Willow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Willow.

Fix Willow unable to contact server/ Willow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Willow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Willow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
