Kinepolis Reviews

After a little while it suddenly deletes your account and you have to create a new one losing your history. Also as Kinepolis is confusing to navigate on an iPhone, easy to make a mistake in the purchase of a seat, then no way to go back so you have to restart the process, but your seat stays “taken” for almost an hour so you can’t get it back unless you are very patient and lucky on the second attempt.

My existing account is not recognized anymore and the whole movie theatres in Luxembourg are missing + the English language support ...

Not a big improvement for us foreigners.
Please fix that.

I have an account and password but Kinepolis won’t accept it.

Many many bugs, bad rendering, long update times and ultimately being unable to turn of Notifications (off setting doesn't get saved) caused me to remove Kinepolis

I was able to use Kinepolis only one time to purchase movie tickets. When I tried to look at it again later in the day, it would freeze and never load the home page. I deleted and re-downloaded Kinepolis again but it still had no functions and did not load anything. Website works much better than Kinepolis .

Great visual layout and organization of the info. Wish you had an English option for tourists and expats.

Ik vind deze applicatie heel handig. Gebruik het vooral als ik buitenshuis ben en graag eens wil checken welke films ze spelen en rond welk uur. Het enigste negatieve punt is dat hij vaak niet wilt updaten. Krijg heel vaak de boodschap dat het updaten van programma informatie mislukt desondanks dat ik verbinding heb met WiFi.

Voor de rest een hele goede en mooi uitziende applicatie!
