Regarding your Landmark location in Hamilton Ontario, Canada I have a complaint with the lack of customer service and problem solving from the manager. My son intended to purchase tickets online for Thurs.Dec. 11, as selected on the website. When we got to the theatre the tickets were in fact for Tues. Dec.9. The manager informed us that there was nothing that could be done despite the fact that the movie had not started. We were advised that the only solution was to purchase 2 more tickets. As such, my son is out the money for the tickets, and our night came to an abrupt and unsatisfactory end. When I suggested we just go to the movie playing at the time, the manager indicated she was not able to allow that. She indicated the Tuesday tickets were cheaper. I offered to pay the difference and still she was unable to oblige. I request that your office provide a satisfactory solution to this ridiculous outcome. You're in the business of entertainment and this experience was far from entertaining. The managers name is Iman and I will also be making a complaint to the customer service with Landmark.

After a little while it suddenly deletes your account and you have to create a new one losing your history. Also as the app is confusing to navigate on an iPhone, easy to make a mistake in the purchase of a seat, then no way to go back so you have to restart the process, but your seat stays “taken” for almost an hour so you can’t get it back unless you are very patient and lucky on the second attempt.

I was able to use the app only one time to purchase movie tickets. When I tried to look at it again later in the day, it would freeze and never load the home page. I deleted and re-downloaded the app again but it still had no functions and did not load anything. Website works much better than the app.

My existing account is not recognized anymore and the whole movie theatres in Luxembourg are missing + the English language support ...
Not a big improvement for us foreigners.
Please fix that.
