WeatherPro Status

Hello My weather pro app keeps crashing upon opening the app. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, I’ve updated my iPhone software to latest version but still no use. Could you please help me fix it for I work in agriculture and have used the app for years to make weather related decisions. Regards Henry Browne

WeatherPro crashes immediately upon opening. I am using iPhone 15 pro max. IOS 17.4.1 I have followed ALL your trouble shooting suggestions. Still not working.

Rainfall and cloud maps are no longer showing animations. Has this been an attempt to get everyone to buy the Pro version?

Weatherpro does not show air pressure map on iPad for several weeks. When will meteogroup fix this problem?

Hello I have been a Weatherproof premium subscriber for several years. For the first time, the radar map displays no data (rain, cloud, etc) for Europe since ten days ago. Can you please diagnose and remedy this failure on the app quickly? Thank you.

Cloud and rainfall displays on iOS version of App are not working. The rainfall radar had no forecast yesterday and has stopped working today.

Temperatures for my favourite locations are way too high. It is definitely not 25C in the Netherlands right now.

Absolutely inaccurate forecast 27- 34 degrees and sunshine for days? It’s 11 degrees and raining.

UK temperatures for all the areas I keep tabs on are way too high and have been for the last few days

The temperatures are all about 10 degrees or more above what they should be.

A couple of days ago this app started to show very high temperatures for Dorset. High twenties and on on day the forecast was for a 33 degree high. We are having normal temperatures for October. It is showing sunning weather even when there are overcast skies and heavy rain. Strangely, it seems to be showing the correct weather for towns in Scotland. I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled but to no avail. This is affecting my ipad and iphone.

Temperatures reading far too high in UK. Have tried restarting device and resetting cache as recommended without success

The app is showing totally incorrect weather for my area, Shrewsbury, just checked nearby areas and they are also wrong by as much as 20 degrees

weather forecast in Amsterdam has been wrong for two days and the next few days: it says 26+ degrees and sunny but it rains all week and is 18 degrees maximum

Crazy temperatures in zandvoort and app crashes occaisionally today

App shows forecast for Athens not London and then crashes. Tried deleting and reinstalling. No good

Weather pro is showing extremely high temps for my location (Wolverhampton) more in keeping with North Africa + 27 degrees C. Change location and forecast defaults to the same. Using iPhone pro 15

Crazy high temperatures reported for Chatham in the UK for the next few days

App fails to load on Samsung S21 Ultra. Downloads and installs, takes me through set up for location then presents a dialogue box saying 'oops there is a problem'.

Cloud and precipitation feature is only showing cloud not possible rain. This loss started a few weeks ago. Any help as considering dropping it.
