Please stop texting sms ads to customers EVERY FXXKING DAY!!!!! It’s so annoying.

I want to see my package, my usage and packages available. They make it incredible hard to have the basics on one screen. They try to sell you a lot of nonsense. Might be entertaining for teenager but not for adults. I hope someone in charge is reading this. Time to grow up in the marketing team.

I had an unlimited data plan, then needed a new phone. They said I was Gold Member, and I get a nice discount on the phone with that. But, now I don’t need the data plan and here I find out months later I’m locked into the plan going FORWARD from my Gold discount, not because I was a great high-paying customer from the past 5 years. When the contract ends, so will me being your customer. Bye!

Why spam paying customers with the “chat bubble” that opens an advertisement on its one.

Input refill amount doesn’t work with the last update when the iPhone region is set to e.g. Russia in General Settings. In fact, any region that has space in thousands separator (as opposed to comma) won’t work.

Version 10.0.0, just updated. When I try to log on with phone number as usual, get only the unhelpful “Something went wrong.” Useless.

You are required to take a passport photo and verify with a cell photo to activate an eSIM in Thailand. this app has terrible software for this purpose and is unable to activate a card. Terrible app that is useless because you cannot use the service.

dtac has double and even triple charged me for topping up, then instead of letting me purchase an Internet package it says I have insufficient funds since it immediately charges my credit for data usage.

App UI is too confused for new users, like I can’t find “Help” or “Customer Service” easily. Most of the items are arranged in very confusing way and important sections are put in somewhere in app instead of main screen.

dtac is awful. Everything is slow. It’s confusing. The package history doesn’t show the packages I’ve bought. You can’t extend any packages - you have to buy new ones that may not be aligned. Thee data rates that you purchase are not clear. The history is a mess. There’s basically no customer support. It’s truly bad.

This has been going on during the previous update also.

Will it get fixed ?

If my internet is leaking that would anger me. How do I stop the leak? A better question, how do I choose an add on that meets my needs? Fast, smooth, economical. dtac works offering secure online refill which I recommend doing sooner than later. Site maintenance is usually conducted in the early morning. A very user friendly app I recommend. 3 stars thanks to recent rate hikes.

Why isn’t there a package just for like 3 days or 5 days?

Each and every single time in Thailand , I only use this app Since 2012❤️

Overall decent but somethings really annoys me like having to call a number and listen to some bot just to retool for the promotion packs instead of just buying it normally like the initial time.

I especially love dtac while traveling for picking extra bandwidth. It’s very intuitive.

Perfect navigation and perfect customer support.

Easy to use App. User-friendly navigation around the various menus. Too many different Packages to list; from daily, weekly,& monthly. Something for everyone.

If you're in Thailand I highly suggest this app over anything else. They have a super user friendly website and app which is very easy to navigate. They offer free limited internet services if you run out and an emergency service that is so smart. Their customer service is great, top notch. Happy to be a customer!
