The app works great. Refill and adding new packages work super fast. But my bundles data that I bought disappears (happened 3 times) while I was mostly using WiFi in the Hotel. It makes no sense that I used 10G data in 2 weeks where in Germany 2Gb last me a month. I only used the data when I was away from the hotel for apps like Grab and Maps but somehow it uses all my allowance in the 1st two days. Not happy about that.

The new update doesn't work with iOS 17.4.1. When I try to open this app a failure message "ups something get wrong" appears. Please fix it!

For unknown reasons the app does not allow you to purchase add-on packages, even when you have enough credit. (For example, if the balance is 100 baht, you can't purchase an add-on priced at 89 baht)
Other than this the app is fairly ok

The App is very easy to handle, so everyone (young or old) can use it pretty good.
Also very good for tourists! The support was very friendly and competent. You can call them 24/7.

Genau das richtige, wenn man eine Prepaid-Karte von diese App in Thailand nutzt. Einfacher zu bedienen als die Online-Oberfläche. Login-Daten werden automatisch gezogen. Sprache kann auf Englisch umgestellt werden.
