• The version of this app available as of Feb 2022 needs to be deleted from my phone and reinstalled every day or two in order for the Home Screen to ever render content.
• Zero feedback from the app on why it isn’t working correctly.
• You’re implying that you’re saving me the hassle of going to the front desk to do this so, don’t bother asking unless this info makes it to the front desk.
my mgm rewards account wont let me log in. comes up with a error. Problem accessing my account information. trying to find my roller coaster pass excaliber reservations and tournament of kings. Please help
Every time I try to look at my rewards or points total I get “something went wrong on our end. Try again later” it’s been two weeks!!
The app keeps logging me out so I can’t book anything. How can I fix this? My internet connection is great with the fast WiFi here at Luxor, I can access Google but not your app. Please help!!!
I cannot log into my account online. Message is "can't find account", or brings me back to all MGM locations that I can choose from-but still not logged in. Months long problem. I book all MGM travel online to see all my options (hotel, dates, price, etc.) Is it my computer or a glitch in MGM program? I am a gold star member and am read to book my next trip.
My app is not working on my name and email im able to log on but it keeps saying refresh for the past 2 weeks. They joined my bet mgm and borgata rewards and said it should work after a few days but still hasnt worked
When checking me and rewards on app get message problem at our end try again refresh nothing works. Deleted app and reloaded still same problems
