I can open one story, but when I try another story it doesn't open and just spins.

Individual stories aren't loading. Sometimes I can view 1 or 2 and it stops, other times zero. I have the latest version of android app on a Samsung s22+ phone. I have no issue accessing AP news on my lap top

1) stories do not load 2) the app will not let me login. When I try to reset my password, it says email sent. No email ever arrives. Yes, I have checked spam and all other folders. I have reloaded the app, my connections are strong.

Keeps LOADING. It stops and says LOADING. Go to a different news story, it STOPS and says LOADING.

The AP news that is sent to me daily stopped downloading articles today for the first time in over 5 years. I cannot get the articles to open and display no matter what I try! What is happening?

Some AP stories now have short video clips instead of photos. These play automatically and I cannot shut them off. My iPhone is set to not auto-play videos but that doesn’t stop it. Please tell me how to stop these video clips from auto-playing. Or at least provide a way to choose whether to play them or not. The motion is distracting when trying to read. Thank you.

The AP News App for iPhone with IOS 15.3,1 is not working. It does not let you login to the account nor fetches any content.
