I cannot get an application for a permit to go to completion in San Bernardino County. I get a viewstate error just about every time. Our IT staff says this is not an issue on our side. I have rebooted and cleared the cache with no resolution.

How to fix Accela CRM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Accela CRM app on iPhone
Update Accela CRM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Accela CRM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Accela CRM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Accela CRM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Accela CRM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Accela CRM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Accela CRM App
1. On android, goto Settings » Accela CRM » click [Force Stop]

Update Accela CRM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Accela CRM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Accela CRM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Accela CRM.

Fix Accela CRM unable to contact server/ Accela CRM internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Accela CRM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Accela CRM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
