Your delivery company lasership delivered my package at a address which doesn't exist!! I wrote by mistake my previous town but the street was right. I went to check the street and the number doesn't exist .I called them and they opened an inquiry and they closed it saying it was delivered! But where? Could you please help me find my package?

Urban outfitters or over priced goods ?

I have been using this app for a while but could never be able to buy anything from this place. Until I was given a five dollar reward toward anything in the store. I bout some hand soap because it was the only thing within reason with the coupon that seem worth it. They have this mini uno card set that looks cool but it’s like six bucks or so plus another six bucks or so for shipping and now your looking at 12 or so before tax for this deck of card that’s mini and looks like it could be bought at the dollar store. They have shirts that would normally be five bucks in a normal store going for about fifty bucks give or take. Plus the shipping and tax added in to that. Shopping at this place is pointless because of the extremely high premium prices. If you go in here with twenty bucks you might not walk out with anything worth it. You could get a iPhone case that can be found in many other store clearance bins for a buck. But at urban outfitters it’s almost twenty bucks it’s just a normal back side case with a sticker. What makes this twenty bucks ? Why are your prices so dang high ? I would love to shop here but your over paying by 500% the only thing I can do is wait for something to be reasonable. It’s over priced goods. It’s like a five year old with his own website over pricing everything.

URGENT SHIPPING!!!!

BOYCOTT LASERSHIP SHIPPING Now since Urban Outfitters uses Lasership. Which has nearly 95% 1 stars on every review site and even the BBB. I will never do business with them again. I’ve Never recieved my package and Urban Outfitters as well as Lasership have been horrible as far as customer service (on both ends) urgency to help me get my money for a package of nearly half a thousand dollars that have gotten lost or stolen. I am very displeased at the customer service because not only do you have to go through a lot to prove you didnt recieve your package and try to claim a refund you’re also required to Wait nearly 3 to 4 weeks might even be a month for some based on a request for a refund for poor decisions they’ve made... I Litterally waited on my porch while doing homework (Because im a college student) for the shipping carrier they use to save money “LASERSHIP” to lie and say my package was delivered when no attempt was made. Horrible. I wont be coming back because Urban Outfitters didnt do there research & if they did. There was no care put behind a big decision for there consumers as well as the moral principle of there business as a whole. I would seriously hold off on Urban Outfitters until they get it together.

FIRST AND LAST TIME BUYING HERE

I have never written a review in my LIFE but i have been way more than patient and i am officially frustrated. I ordered 3 shirts and spent over $100 on them. Waited a month and only received ONE out of the three items i ordered (all on the same order btw) after not hearing anything back after sending 2 emails or even getting an updated delivery time, i finally get an email saying my other 2 shirts were shipped back to Urban Outfitters. When i asked why that happened, they stated my address was incorrect... why did i receive one of the shirts then if my “address was incorrect”? I sent TWO emails and heard nothing back about getting my refund. Once i sent a third email saying i am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, I finally got a response stating i will get a refund, only to find out they only issued a refund for ONE of the shirts and it was the one shirt that was over $20 cheaper!!!! I have now sent out ANOTHER email and am waiting on a response. HORRIBLE services, HORRIBLE prices, and even WORSE customer service. I WILL be contacting the Better Business Bureau within the next 2 days if I do not hear anything back about a FULL refund.
