- Ugly icon

- Importing from Contacts list is randomly sorted and cannot be sorted by first name, last name, etc.

- Cannot print reports such as contacts list or activity history

- Needs some tweaking, such as better UI for linking data to contact and automatic date entry

- User manual would be helpful to explain features and how to make it work for a particular field of endeavor.
