This is by far the best CRM ive used for on the iPhone, period. Its very flexible, customizable, and most importantly for me; I can import data !!! Ive yet to find a iPhone CRM running natively which supports both data import & export, most apps only provide the latter. The only things I would change is the UGLY icon. I also noticed some buggyness, not much, but it does crash at times, however ive never lost any data in this situation. Its also buggy when it comes to syncing with Google Docs, I would like them to fix this. I bought the 100REC license, only $3.99!!!! love to see an update soon. keep up the great work!!!!

I have been searching for a native CRM app for months and this is by far the best out there today. The functionality is unmatched among apps that don't require a web-based database and interface. It has everything I require for a CRM app, and best of all, it doesn't carry with it recurring monthly fees (to support features and functionality I don't require). There is a high degree of customization built in to myCRM and the customer service is very responsive.

Needs some tweaking ie: either link to Contacts (built-in) database or just using the same Contacts database core (as other apps have done.)
Automatic date entry; better UI for linking of data to contact; user manual to explain the features and how to make it work for a particular field of endeavor.
Keeping it simple but effective and efficient will make this a wanted app in the pool-of-apps in the iTunes Store.
I have been looking for an app that has all the features within myCRM itself.
As a sales rep.; having the ability to document activities and comments from within myCRM and the ability to streamline data entry would set myCRM apart and make my work easier: I hate paperwork!

There doesn't seem to be anything else quite like this in myCRM store. I really needed a CRM that is stand alone and not web based and this is a good start. It just needs some streamlining and adjustments. Importing from the Contacts list seems to be a randomly sorted list and can't be sorted by first name, last name etc. Also, being able to print some reports such as contacts list, activity history, etc. would be very nice. Please just keep adding some of these features and this will easily be a 5 star app in no time!
