Hi, I have written to you ten of times and I’m stupid enough to try again, as you have never once answered me. I see you have an address in Madrid so if again you do not answer I’ll try writing to them. I have used your site over the last past years, and I must say that until about a year ago more or less I was happy with the site. Since then, it’s been terrible, firstly all my past trips disappeared. I fly 10 -20 times a year for business and it makes things very difficult that I can’t go back and check dates. Also, since then every trip I make disappears the day after the trip. There are other problems as well. I used to send the flight details to your email….trips@redacted and everything went in to my page. That doesn’t work either. I have tried deleting the App and reinstalling it. That doesn’t work either. Please have the curtesy to reply to my questions or tell me, it is what it is. But some kind of reply at least Paul Assenheim
Tried booking numbers, forwarding the itinerary via email, and adding each leg individually. Nothing worked.
Not working
The app no longer keeps track of changes to the flight schedule. Means that a major benefit of the app is gone. Have reported the issue but no response and nothing improved.
I don't know what happened but all a sudden my trip was deleted and when I tried to add it again, it wasn't letting me do so. I had tried to add it manually but it is still not letting me add my previous trip that was deleted. It is frustrating as my trip is coming up on June. Can you please help me figure out how to add/fix it.
I have tried multiple times and in multiple ways to add a trip. I am told it is added, but it does not appear on the app. The main page on my computer monitor just tells me to download the app. What is going on.
I have been trying to add my trip both in the app and on the computer and although I get a message saying it has been added, it isn't showing up nor can I seem to get the website to work. Everytime I try to access it, all I get is a page telling me to download the app.
I an not able to add 1 leg of my trip to my itinerary. PNR O9R234 on flight SK1422 on September 21st 2023. I have emailed the itinerary and tried to add it manually but I have not been successful.
