I thought Next will be better than the website, but unfortunately, it is the same!! The website has many issues that should be solved when creating Next , such as seeing and tracking the customer’s order. Also, the App should keep the cart of the registered customers, but after a while, the cart will disappear and you need to start all over again...and many other problems that were originally present in the website and still there in Next .

When I initially downloaded about a year ago Next sucked! I removed it and kept using the browser version. It’s definitely improved now, but please add the save for later or improve the favorites to add the capability to leave items in favorites even after placing an item in cart. That would would be awesome:)

Next is way better than the website in terms of image’s quality and browsing experience, HOWEVER it restarts every few minutes and takeS you back to homepage or completely shuts down. This problem seems to keep happening every month, which is really frustrating. I was very excited that this app finally decided to make an app, i’ve been a customer for 3 years, but since Next is unreliable, i’ll keep using the website.

this app app made shopping so much easier for myself and kids specially during the pandemic .It has a variety of options for every member in the family. You can get top quality clothes for great prices. I would definitely recommend Next for everyone. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

For years I have ordered from England this app clothes for my grandchildren. The quality is great and the styles are trendy and uniquely adorable!!

It is very disappointing after spending hours putting items in my shopping bag I came back to it empty!!

I like it in general, some improvements could be done.
1- There should be favorite category saved for later.
2- When item put in the bag you should recommend some other items matching.

Site is very easy to shop and order from, but once the order is placed there is no way to review what was ordered or check status, etc. would love to know when I will receive my items. ;-)

Login only applies for existing customers. No way to register as a new customer. I’ll have to do it on the website first and then return to Next .

It doesn’t seem like the “add to favorites”/“save for later” works on Next for all items. Other than that very good.

I am trying to register in Next and I can't get past entering my phone number. It tells me I have an invalid phone number. Ummm, no I don't. I use it everyday. Okay, why don't I add some spaces because maybe that is what is confusing Next . Oh wait. There is no way to do that either. I have officially wasted enough energy on this annoying app. I am out.

When i try to sign in , it keeps crashing out

I bought many clothing from this app and I really satisfied.

Love this app. We only order this app. Next is buggy just horrible. The cart resets everytime and all the items are being deleted! Even with re login the shopping cart will still show empty. Sharing an item will crash Next . And more….

Next is this app to useless. I have had it for all of 10 mins and it crashed at least 6 times. Not sure why anyone would use it over the website which leaves a lot to be desired too.

Awful. Doesn’t keep items in your cart. Doesn’t track past orders to reference. Messed up my first order straight away by deleting something I had in my cart. Awful for a shopping app and I use a good few of them.

Love using the new app. this app brand is quality stuff that lasts and on-trend and stylish. My fave!

Horrible cart , keeps getting empty on its own and logging out , doesn’t check out and no easy way to to contact customer care or chat live to solve issues

Next refuses to log me in even though i am putting my correct information. The same one i use on the computer through the web.

Terrible experience ! Unfortunately I had to order using it because my daughter really wanted some stuff from this app. Keeps logging you out, no way to save your shopping cart, app keeps crashing or freezing .. Cmon this app ! You can do better than this !

Seems like Even when pounds are converted to US dollars it's still not equal to the same as European price US is being charged Extra from the prices on Next to the actual website

Next charged me to download!! But no where did I see anything saying there was a fee attached! I love the site and clothing but not enough to pay for the download. 😡
