Messages gone. Shortlist empty. Saved searches still there. Everything else seems to be wiped. Haven't checked web version yet, experiencing this issue with mobile app only (so far)

How to fix ImmoScout24 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ImmoScout24 app on iPhone
Update ImmoScout24 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ImmoScout24 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ImmoScout24 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ImmoScout24 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ImmoScout24 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ImmoScout24 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ImmoScout24 App
1. On android, goto Settings » ImmoScout24 » click [Force Stop]

Update ImmoScout24 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ImmoScout24 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ImmoScout24 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ImmoScout24.

Fix ImmoScout24 unable to contact server/ ImmoScout24 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ImmoScout24 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ImmoScout24 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ImmoScout24
