I have changed my device to use Caramaps but when i download countries for offline use it does nothing. I am a Premium member and cannot fix this. When in offline it does not show my name or Premium member in account. So even though I have downloaded your maps for offline use, its not doing it, WHY.

How to fix CaraMaps app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CaraMaps app on iPhone
Update CaraMaps app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CaraMaps iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CaraMaps on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CaraMaps network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CaraMaps Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CaraMaps not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CaraMaps App
1. On android, goto Settings » CaraMaps » click [Force Stop]

Update CaraMaps to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CaraMaps App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CaraMaps » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CaraMaps.

Fix CaraMaps unable to contact server/ CaraMaps internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CaraMaps » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CaraMaps » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
