I am going to travel to FR and TGV tickets has been purchase by traveling agency. dowloaded SNCF connect and TGV inoui pro bit neither fo them offer english language inly french. I cant use the app so need to print the tickets to have them offline. I rued severaé times and checked all the possibilities with no success.
When I open my SNCF connect account and top on the blue card I only get the Topup not the purchase logo. How do I get the purchase on my account?
I can log into SNCF Connect on my iPad and iMac but not on my iPhone. I am using the correct log in détails. Can you help please? It has been like this for days.
This may be simple but no-one can seem to figure out. When I go to Tickets and click on the Navigo card, I only have the option to Top Up the card. There is no option to Purchase (ie weekly booklet). Can you assist? Thank you!
The app just doesn't start. It is like this since 2 months. Sent at least 10 complaints.
I have tried several times to buy tickets for the TGV train on the SNCF app, only to have it tell me that there has been a technical problem and tell me to go through the procedure again.
Every time I go to look at the chosen train journey an "INTERNAL ERROR" message comes on the screen and I have to go through the booking procedure all again .... ONLY to find it crashes again.
