I am going to travel to FR and TGV tickets has been purchase by traveling agency. dowloaded SNCF connect and TGV inoui pro bit neither fo them offer english language inly french. I cant use the app so need to print the tickets to have them offline. I rued severaé times and checked all the possibilities with no success.
When I open my SNCF connect account and top on the blue card I only get the Topup not the purchase logo. How do I get the purchase on my account?

This may be simple but no-one can seem to figure out. When I go to Tickets and click on the Navigo card, I only have the option to Top Up the card. There is no option to Purchase (ie weekly booklet). Can you assist? Thank you!
