It says I’m in a restricted country that you don’t support I did never go outside of Connecticut United States please correct this as I have a membership and I pay monthly. It seems maybe my husband is tracking my phone and was looking for something else.

How to fix BeenVerified app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BeenVerified app on iPhone
Update BeenVerified app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BeenVerified iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BeenVerified on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BeenVerified network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BeenVerified Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BeenVerified not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BeenVerified App
1. On android, goto Settings » BeenVerified » click [Force Stop]

Update BeenVerified to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BeenVerified App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BeenVerified » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BeenVerified.

Fix BeenVerified unable to contact server/ BeenVerified internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BeenVerified » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BeenVerified » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BeenVerified
