I am beyond frustrated. I gave you my credit card number and your site says it is busy or cannot connect. i would like to cancel my initial order, credit me at once! I will be contacting better business bureau in the morning. I you guys running a scam. Sure looks like it. Credit me right now.

You keep double billing me. You do not make your telephone number available. Recently, you have changed your format so that itis more difficult to enter the system, You alwasys want to start a new account with me. Doesn’t work but still charged!

I wrote this and received a reply that it might be apple billing me. Nope, AND they gave me an email to send my complaints to & if you read below? I’ve done that SEVERAL times and the emails went ignored and instead of tech support to help figure out why a search couldn’t be successfully completed (and being hung up on when I call or left on hold & not coming back), I eventually received an email deactivating my account. No one ever asked for that. So that’s the level of customer service you offer? So WHY would I use that email again, for the 50th time, and expect ANY difference today? Don’t you want to keep your paying customers??? This app hasn’t worked for months! I’ve tried calling, emailing, etc., and just get hung up on OR they shout an email back saying they deactivated our account, instead of technical support. THEN they keep charging us for it even though they deactivated. It used to be a good app & desktop, NOW? TOTAL RIP OFFS AND ZERO CUSTOMER CARING OR SERVICE… they can’t get their program to work BUUUT it works just good enough to keep taking $$?!! Well isn’t that convenient

What happened?

I use to think of this as my go to app, but not anymore. I just went to purchase a month subscription and it was over $22. Just a couple of months ago it was around $14. The quality of reports had honestly diminished over the past couple of years and if anyone is willing to take the time, the information they offer is free online it just takes a lot of work. I liked this app for its convenience but there is no way in h_ll I would pay for that big of a price increase for something the exact information I can get elsewhere. I hate writing this review because I really did like this app at one time. If they could prove they upgraded the overall quality and experience... it’s simply not worth that amount per month.

Useful App

I wanted to test the accuracy of the app's information before I used it for real so I ran checks on myself and a couple of people whose history I already knew. The accuracy of the information surprised me. My complaints would be the lack of detail, particularly regarding dispositions, and what appear to be duplicate returns of the same charge, one with information and a duplicate showing a "no record". Overall a nice app ****UPDATE. I just tried to perform a new search and although the correct person did come up the app wouldn’t let me access any information unless I paid for a subscription. I can understand not being able to get detailed information but nothing? I no longer want or need this.
