Guys, I really need you to fix EducatorsWI. Flash cash has never worked. It just comes up with an error message. Called customer service and they told me it's something on my end because it shows that I'm eligible for flash cash. Well on my end I have an iPhone 6 and know very well how to deposit mobile cash. Every time I click it, it goes to the proper screen and immediately boots itself out, bringing up an error message. Also tried to go online and do it through the mobile site. It's not even an option there. I would really like to be able to utilize the service.
I was very irked when ECU updated their app because it struggled to connect to their servers. I noticed they figured out the problem about a week later & now has been running just as smooth as the original interface.
I love using the flash cash feature & being able to set up bank transfers to other accounts with EducatorsWI. It’s really nice that I have the option to preview my balances before being prompted to log in.
Having an account with Educators Credit Union is one of the best thins I’ve done with my money. From their checking with overdraft protection to their savings account. If you have their app on your phone you rarely have to go to an actual Credit Union. You can do almost anything from your phone. I love the simplicity of EducatorsWI . From transferring money from one account to another to taking out a loan. You can also turn your debit card on and off in real time. So you can keep your money safe by turning your card off and then turning it back on when needed. They offer way much more that I can’t mention everything but it’s definitely worth your time to check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
Liz ,was so kind to us and helped to eliminate some debt . We were alittle embarrassed and she said there is nothing to be embarrassed about . We moved most of our money to educators . But we are going to close our checking at chase and have all of our direct deposits at educators . Mine and my wife’s check and my pension check !

This credit union is the best credit union, the state of Wisconsin, has to offer. You can get all your financial needs met and always leave happy. I just ran the update as instructed on my ipad. Now when open EducatorsWI I can see my balances, but when I try to do anything I get a page that keeps rotating across the screen and I cannot access anything. I typically love EducatorsWI, I’ve been. Using it for years. Hope it gets fixed soon.
One of the easiest to use websites! I’ve moved from the area, but my kids and Grandkids have not, so most of my use is online since they’re now members too.
I joined ECU over 30 years ago, after a marriage that really hurt my credit. They worked with me to get a car loan, and even lowered the interest once I’d proven myself.
Friendly knowledgeable staff who are always striving to make your experience at ECU a pleasant one. I have several accounts with educators and am extremely happy with the service I've received over the last 6 years and look forward to what they have to offer in the future. Awesome bank! Chase could learn something from these guys, that's for sure.

My mom made me an account and I’ve been going steady for a while now but I would absolutely recommend for parents to open a banking account for there kid especially for first jobs. EducatorsWI makes it so easy to not have to go to the bank for any and everything super simple !! Grate app!!
EducatorsWI is good but I couldn’t link my three checking accounts in EducatorsWI . I was only able to link my first two accounts. A year ago I opened third checking account but couldn’t see it on EducatorsWI .
I had to upload EducatorsWI on my different device with different passwords for my third account.
I was told over 2 months ago that an update would allow me to go back to using a fingerprint to open EducatorsWI . Been waiting and still no change. It’s annoying to have to enter the password over and over. Please fix like you said you were going to do! Otherwise I do love EducatorsWI just want back what we used to have.
Since the latest update EducatorsWI now closes and requires me to log in with password again every time I switch to another app. So I cannot switch between the ECU app and my check book log to justify them with out logging into ecu several times. This is a new problem since the last version update. Before that EducatorsWI would remain open for a period of time (1-2 minutes) which would allow you to switch between it and other apps (checkbook log, expense spreadsheet) so they could be justified. Very irritating please fix this. I just wasted 5 minutes to log in about 8 times with password so I could justify current expenses this would have taken less than a minute before.
Had a very bad experience with Trustone, they charged me four times for an over draft, first time ever overdrafted in 5 years and 120$ for a 5$ over draft because I had four transactions pending.. I left there and came here and the difference is staggering!!! The help they offer explaining things, credit lines, and services is incomparable!! Great bank!

EducatorsWI has many great features and helps you keep your account secure on top levels. I highly recommend EducatorsWI. The touch I.D. Is also very helpful when signing in. Very easy and simple to manage and set up your account and keep a very close eye on your bank account. You can also change alot of settings of your account with the features on EducatorsWI. I recommend you give it a try and you'll love it!
Briefly went to M and I Bank after I moved to Milwaukee. I had always used credit unions. For some reason I didn’t look for a credit union when got here. I had the worst experience ever with M and I Bank. Now that I found Educators I will never leave them! (I’ve been with them for over 10 years! )they are wonderful and help you out in anyway they can. Excellent customer service!I cannot say enough about them!

Educators Credit Union has had my back for the last four or so years, so it’s no surprise to me that their app is truly amazing. I can flash a check to my account, apply for a personal loan, transfer money and pay all my bills all in the same app. Not to mention I can check my balance and have real time updates for everything in all of my accounts. I am very happy with it and I encourage anyone out there to download EducatorsWI if you have an account with them and you’ll never regret it ❤️
