Great options, not the best service
I’ve ordered a few times with this app and I enjoy the amount of options they have, but the service is not great. Usually I have to wait much longer for my food than what is originally indicated. I once waited over an hour longer than originally pointed out for my meal; I sent a few emails to the app’s customer service and I never received a response. Like I said, great options, but expect to wait longer than indicated for your food and don’t rely on the customer service.

Not sure the orders went through
Waited over 2 and a half hours for our order in the past and when we called the restaurant they said the orders were coming through an hour later than when we sent it in. But other than this, we really find the app efficient and easy to use

Good but needs tipping
Good app and selections. Use it often. Would like to be able to pay tip in app like some others do. That’s the only thing keeping me from 5 stars.
