I never got to eat the food that I ordered through Thuisbezorgd because the delivery person never showed. When I called De Vegetarische Snackbar about my order, they said no one answered the door and they tried calling me. I was sitting at the door with my phone and sat there for another twenty minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered; there were also three people in the building lobby that did not see the delivery person so they must have gone to the wrong place. I have used Thuisbezorgd several times and this is the first time this has happened, but it is especially disappointing because I have missed De Vegetarische Snackbar when they have been open. After calling, De Vegetarische Snackbar offered for my cold food to be delivered in 45 minutes as their remedy with no apology and Thuisbezorgd stopped responding to me to resolve the matter. I probably won’t use them again, but hopefully they add an option to tip within Thuisbezorgdnl , specifically after food is delivered.

Thuisbezorgdnl isn’t as nice as Deliveroo (UK), or even GrubHub/JustEat. Or maybe none of the restaurants here know how to use it correctly. You can’t filter on what is available for delivery NOW. And you NEVER see when the food has left the restaurant and is on its way to you. So despite what Thuisbezorgdnl says, you may get a knock on the door well before (or after) the expected time. Why make an app but then not use all the functionality? Also, there is a bug where the same item description appears on ALL the items for some restaurants.

Apart from a great user experience in terms of design - all underlaying elements actually work and the integration with restaurants is better than ever.

Was bullied after pretty good service for weeks - their delivery guy couldn’t find the right doorbell so he took it back to the restaurant, which claimed to have called me multiple times and made a second delivery even though the food status was not updated in app to even have received my order to begin with. I sent in screenshots of that and the lack of calls from the restaurant. Thuisbezorgd tries to make the restaurant refund me when it is clearly Thuisbezorgdnl ’s issue, then sided with the restaurant’s “story”. Customer support called me 2x and to live-check for their delivery guy outside, and there was nobody there. Not sure if I got scammed completely from the start. 0/10 I am switching to Uber.

Easily the worst delivery service app in the Netherlands. Food tracker is rarely right about food arrival, constantly showing restaurants that are too far to deliver to you, and easily the worst customer service setup in modern history. While Uber ears and deliveroo have customer service numbers and easy refund system, Thuisbezorgd does everything via email and take literally weeks to respond. I ordered a meal and didn’t receive the drinks and requested a refund, just for them to respond 10 days later saying I didn’t order any drinks. Choose any other delivery app but this.

Not worth using Thuisbezorgdnl for food delivery. My company has used this for a while and our orders get messed up frequently, issues arise, and its difficult to fix any problems. Mostly software/ technical errors. Customer service can be helpful, but it takes time and usually the fix is a voucher for your next order. Try Uber Eats instead - much easier app to use and find restaurants

Twice now we’ve ordered food from Boi Boi Thai via Thuisbezorgd. First time -45 minute estimate wound up talking 2.5 hours.

Told myself I’d never use them again, but today I decide to try it with the scheduled delivery time. Set delivery for an hour and a half from when id ordered it. It’s now been two hours. Just got a phone call that maybe they can get it to me in the next 30 minutes.

If you’re hungry I would seriously suggest not try eating these people to get you your food.

Waited over 2 and a half hours for our order in the past and when we called the restaurant they said the orders were coming through an hour later than when we sent it in. But other than this, we really find Thuisbezorgdnl efficient and easy to use

Generally really useful with a great selection and minimal “extra” costs. The only hiccup I have is that sometimes menus for restaurants are only available in Dutch, which can be a bit difficult. Otherwise, a pleasure to use.

Good app and selections. Use it often. Would like to be able to pay tip in app like some others do. That’s the only thing keeping me from 5 stars.

When you’ve selected a restaurant you can’t use a search button for a certain dish.

Today was my last time using Thuisbezorgd. Every time I’ve ordered it is twice as long as the original time, many times 2 hours! The delivery time will often change many times. It might say 10 minutes away and then bounce to 50 minutes!

Ordering is super easy and quick and many places don’t charge delivery fees. I highly recommend Thuisbezorgdnl!

We have used take away in 4 different countries and have never had anything less than AMAZING service, ease of use, and spot on food.

Every time when I try to checkout my order history in order to track the progress of the delivery, and the function never work. It always shows “something went wrong “ very annoying...

So much better than american apps that do the same thing

Ordered bacon egg and cheese and strawberry banana orange smoothie. The bagels were warm chewy and filling! Definitely ordering again. Owner is nice lady who runs the place herself. Very friendly and good service.

Since the last update Thuisbezorgdnl crashes when trying to search for a restaurant.

It says good will be delivered in 20 minutes then it is at your door a minute later. Next time it says your food is delivered but it has not arrived and won’t arrive for another thirty minutes. If you use Thuisbezorgdnl, don’t count on the map and the clock to be even close

Our food is always delivered in a timely fashion. Thuisbezorgdnl is easy to use & has lots of choices.

I’ve ordered a few times with Thuisbezorgdnl and I enjoy the amount of options they have, but the service is not great. Usually I have to wait much longer for my food than what is originally indicated. I once waited over an hour longer than originally pointed out for my meal; I sent a few emails to Thuisbezorgdnl ’s customer service and I never received a response.

Like I said, great options, but expect to wait longer than indicated for your food and don’t rely on the customer service.

U cant sort buy open restaurant,

Found Only 2 restaurants which open 24 hours and have low rate.

A restaurant I ordered from forgot to give me one of the items I ordered, so I requested a reimbursement for that missing item. Emailed Thuisbezorgd twice to handle that, but they never responded.

Thuisbezorgdnl works, but the customer service is atrocious. Not recommended.
