Was bullied after pretty good service for weeks - their delivery guy couldn’t find the right doorbell so he took it back to the restaurant, which claimed to have called me multiple times and made a second delivery even though the food status was not updated in app to even have received my order to begin with. I sent in screenshots of that and the lack of calls from the restaurant. Thuisbezorgd tries to make the restaurant refund me when it is clearly the app’s issue, then sided with the restaurant’s “story”. Customer support called me 2x and to live-check for their delivery guy outside, and there was nobody there. Not sure if I got scammed completely from the start. 0/10 I am switching to Uber.

Easily the worst delivery service app in the Netherlands. Food tracker is rarely right about food arrival, constantly showing restaurants that are too far to deliver to you, and easily the worst customer service setup in modern history. While Uber ears and deliveroo have customer service numbers and easy refund system, Thuisbezorgd does everything via email and take literally weeks to respond. I ordered a meal and didn’t receive the drinks and requested a refund, just for them to respond 10 days later saying I didn’t order any drinks. Choose any other delivery app but this.

Not worth using this app for food delivery. My company has used this for a while and our orders get messed up frequently, issues arise, and its difficult to fix any problems. Mostly software/ technical errors. Customer service can be helpful, but it takes time and usually the fix is a voucher for your next order. Try Uber Eats instead - much easier app to use and find restaurants
