Close and restart the FlightAware Flight Tracker app on iPhone
Update FlightAware Flight Tracker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FlightAware Flight Tracker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FlightAware Flight Tracker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FlightAware Flight Tracker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the FlightAware Flight Tracker App
1. On android, goto Settings » FlightAware Flight Tracker » click [Force Stop]

Update FlightAware Flight Tracker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FlightAware Flight Tracker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FlightAware Flight Tracker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FlightAware Flight Tracker.

Fix FlightAware Flight Tracker unable to contact server/ FlightAware Flight Tracker internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FlightAware Flight Tracker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FlightAware Flight Tracker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FlightAware Flight Tracker
