How to fix iSignature app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iSignature app on iPhone
Update iSignature app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iSignature iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iSignature on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iSignature network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iSignature Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iSignature not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iSignature App
1. On android, goto Settings » iSignature » click [Force Stop]

Update iSignature to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iSignature App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iSignature » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iSignature.

Fix iSignature unable to contact server/ iSignature internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iSignature » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iSignature » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iSignature
