Wral app won't open up. Note keep popping up saying , wral keep stopping.

This may be by design, but every hour the sound on the news cast goes off. To get it back you have to restart the app. While the news cast has sound the advertisements have no sound. So when the hour hits you have the picture but no sound at all.
