In the last day or so I have done a factory reset my tab s2. Upon reinstalling the ABC apps and going thru the login process the News app is not working. The main screen opens and displays all the various news stories. When I tap to read a story it flashes the story then the screen goes white and stays that way. I have tried with several different stories all with the same result. I have tried restarting the tablet, reinstalling the app. I guess that's an indication of what can happen when you try to fix something that's not broken. At least the AM radio band is still working.
Ever since the voting count started my ABC app is not refreshing. Deleted app and reinstalled it. Still not working- my ABC news is about 2 days old. No problems with other apps.
News content won’t load on my iPhone 13. Has occurred a number of times and works again after deleting and reloading the app. Have good internet with no issues with other apps.
Hi had trouble with stories not loading today.I deleted the app and put it back on again. The app worked for a couple of hours but is now not loading again. My nbn speed is very good. I find it very annoying. This has happened numerous times in the last few years. Waiting to hear from you. Thanks Kath
