I have a problem with GoSkyWatch Planetarium

User reports:
No current problems

- Pop-up tips and marketing messages when launching the app

- Does not remember the last Messier object looked up

- North is always out of calibration, which ruins the app for some users

- Red light mode is impractical unless the whole device is in night mode using Apple accessibility dimming

- Some users have experienced poor product performance, despite follow-up from the developer.

To resolve GoSkyWatch Planetarium network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the GoSkyWatch Planetarium App
1. On android, goto Settings » GoSkyWatch Planetarium » click [Force Stop]

Clear GoSkyWatch Planetarium App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GoSkyWatch Planetarium » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GoSkyWatch Planetarium.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GoSkyWatch Planetarium » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GoSkyWatch Planetarium » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoSkyWatch Planetarium
