I am getting an error message “You have exceeded your current quota. Please check your plan …” The first time I got this errors I was using iOS 16.4.1a but I noticed an update was available and updated to iOS 16.5 which did not help and still got same error. I then deleted the app and reinstalled it and I have restarted my phone but I still continue to get this error.

Close and restart the Chatster AI app on iPhone
Update Chatster AI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chatster AI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chatster AI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chatster AI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Chatster AI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chatster AI App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chatster AI » click [Force Stop]

Update Chatster AI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chatster AI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chatster AI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chatster AI.

Fix Chatster AI unable to contact server/ Chatster AI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chatster AI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chatster AI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Chatster AI
