Close and restart the Tripky app on iPhone
Update Tripky app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tripky iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tripky on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tripky network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Tripky app issues:

Force Stop the Tripky App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Tripky app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Tripky to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tripky App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Tripky app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Tripky.

Fix Tripky unable to contact server/ Tripky internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Tripky » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Tripky » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tripky on android.
