How to fix Yuzu app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yuzu app on iPhone
Update Yuzu app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yuzu iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yuzu on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yuzu network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Yuzu not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Yuzu app issues:

Force Stop the Yuzu App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Yuzu app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Yuzu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yuzu App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Yuzu app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Yuzu.

Fix Yuzu unable to contact server/ Yuzu internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Yuzu » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Yuzu » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yuzu on android.
