How to fix TanTan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TanTan app on iPhone
Update TanTan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TanTan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TanTan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TanTan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TanTan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TanTan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TanTan App
1. On android, goto Settings » TanTan » click [Force Stop]

Update TanTan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TanTan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TanTan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TanTan.

Fix TanTan unable to contact server/ TanTan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TanTan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TanTan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TanTan
