Good user interface, easier options but the downside is that its a bit slow and must use location services.

I’ve always requested to Alinma to have a brand bew revamped banking experience to compete with other banks and they sure delivered beautiful UI/UX design

Very slow to load pages as if its an app from the 1990s it’s really frustrating the action that took me 3 seconds in the old app feels like it takes 30 seconds in this one

I don’t like using AlinmaApp as it keeps logging me out and I couldn’t rely on it while I’m traveling, I hope you work on fixing the issue as I couldn’t transfer money in my account.

يتطلب الوصول لمكان المستخدم من أجل استخدام التطبيق وهذا الشيء غير مقبول من تطبيق بنكي لديه معايير عديده لحماية مستخدميه بدون الحاجة لذلك. It requires accessing the location of its users in order to allow them to use AlinmaApp , which is something not accessible from a banking app.

Need to add more option for fast login like by face ID or PIN number.

AlinmaApp does not work. I have tried to login several times. Even when I try to reset my password, it doesn’t allow me to do so!!

Very, very slow. Like a clunky Java app.
Often times does not connect. Requires multiple tries (closing AlinmaApp and launching it again).
Requires location services (privacy intrusion in the name of security).
Does not allow the use of a VPN (although it's more secure in some situations. e.g. public places).

Looks like my previous review (which is a one star too was deleted)!

Horrible experience keeps bugging, showing errors and logging you out. Don’t you test a banking app before launching it!

The login and navigation is so slow the pages take ages to load..!

If you don’t share your location with AlinmaApp , you can not use it. It’s ridiculous, I don’t want to share my location every time I use it.

I liked the new redesigned app. It’s very easy to use and has a lot of features. Good job keep up the good work.

I am one of the old app users hype and loved everything about it as it was really so easy to use especially the face recognition login but this one is just terrible and asking to put password every time as I don’t like to choose the option of remember me for more security then i need to press many options just to see my last 10 operations in the account or do a simple task of transferring money .. I don’t need beautiful front i need functional with easy access to everything in a clear directions. Hope we can get back to old version asap.

There is no comparison between the older versions and this new app. AlinmaApp is just incredibly terrible from all angles except for it’s look. It’s always under maintenance, it crashes most of the time, it doesn’t allow for a smooth beneficiary add, it doesn’t recognize passwords if the face recognition is activated, and so on. I think the reason for this is due to the lack of seriousness of the IT support team. I would switch IT providers to give customers a better banking experience.

Fresh easy and informative

There has been a glitch in the transfer process since AlinmaApp was published. Been reported several times by several users and the team did nothing to fix it. It’s time to move to Alrajhi for sure.

It doesn’t let me in and it’s not letting me use the old app I don’t know what to do!!

It’s so frustrating, it says it’s getting an error getting my data or something when my internet is fine???

I used to use the old app even though AlinmaApp was released, however, after I use it for a month now I can tell this is the most like app I ever use among the banks

please add the real time transactions that just happened

All the dramatic changes are very useful and welcome. However, AlinmaApp still crashing. Please fix the hidden balance feature. It is not working.

AlinmaApp is broken it take soo much time to sign in and to pay bills and always gives me a message that contain “ Request Failed” please solve this issue.

When I’m trying to add my card from the application to the Apple Pay wallet on my iPhone it doesn’t work first time and when I click repeat the application is simply crushing that’s it. I have repeated that several times it doesn’t help you guys need to fix this.
That I have tried to get my phone as trusted device. Several days also doesn’t work if she keeps repeating me to add a device as trusted device.

It’s more more more practical and easier than previous app.

No face recognition to login. No ability to save password.
I have to select forget password every time I login I hate it. This is user-enemy update.

The previous application was much smoother and easier, this one is too slow and refuses to sign me in sometimes

The withdrawal sms notification provider they use is very lacking.

You’d make a purchase only for the notification to get sent as an sms from 5-15 minutes late.

I use 7 Saudi bank accounts and this one is the only banking service that has this issue.

أستخدم 7 حسابات مصرفية سعودية وهذا هو البنك الذي لديه هذه المشكلة.

البنك رائع وسأعطيه 4 نجوم، اذا لم تحل المشكلة في خلال شهر سأرجع لأقيمه صفر واسحب جميع اموالي منه وألغي حساباتي به.
