I’m in a login loop because “the captcha is wrong” and it won’t let me login. Becides the fact that my two Asus products don’t even work on the same app. One only works on the expert app the other only works on the Asus router app. Really sour taste in my mouth after dropping $1000 on networking equipment.
The devices it’s looking for are ones you’d use in a business. If you have a home router ASUSExpertWiFi just opens your existing app on your phone. Not very useful.
Asus, what’s the aim of ASUSExpertWiFi ? What more does it do that the router app doesn’t?
If you concentrate on updating fw for us poor folks still running AC stuff would be better use of ur time.
Title says it all. Can't setup a new router. Instructions in box say to use ASUSExpertWiFi, and ASUSExpertWiFi crashes every time. Garbage!
ASUSExpertWiFi needs to be reported and removed from ASUSExpertWiFi Store .
This is exactly the same ASUS router app but they put pretty looking pictures of a dashboard and put it on ASUSExpertWiFi Store
App is awful, still 4 hours in and can get things up and running.
This is EXACTLY the same as the “asus router app” whats so expert about it?

It looks like you must use ASUSExpertWiFi to setup first. If you setup the router on a computer using the Web UI, you will not be able to get the router added to ASUSExpertWiFi .
