just get the message "Typing". nothing else. For two days now. What is the problem?

Searching but never gives answer

On June 30, 2023 between 10:00 PM PDT & 11:00 PM PDT I attempted to subscribe to the offer you made to me because you said I was one of the first 500,000 to use ChatAI. I was on the page with a red subscription button. I logged in. I entered and checked my credit card. I pushed the red Subscribe button, but nothing happens. There was no message about what happened. My USAA credit card was asked for and given $1. It was valid. However the the rest of the money was not tranfered because CahtAI apparently did not ask for it.

I have been receiving this message "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." for a week now.

Everytime I use it, the reply say, oh no something went wrong, try again later.

When asked a question Chatai says ‘typing’ and it never does!

ChatAI is not working for me for 2 days now. Not sure why. Every time I go to submit a text it says there was an issue but it works for my peers.
