9 months agoDear Sir/Madam, I have a paid account (monthly) with my email gottliebkeller@redacted If i try to sign in it says there is no account with my email.... that goes now for a few week. Can please take a look. It also ask for my password which is just not matching with my email.. The money is always deducted every month. Please help to solve this issue.immediately. I have one website link where i can get in. but the GPT3.5 or GPT 4 is only showing it for a second and I have no time to make any changes for plugins add code interpreter etc. It just shows GPT Plus logo and below the text box.. Please try to fix it so i can work again without any problems. All the best Gottlieb Keller

10 months agoOn June 30 I attempted to take care of your generous offer because I was one of the first 500,000 members of using ChatAI. My credit card was attempting to pay for a subscription. I'm guessing it wasn't working because I was attempting to pay between 10:00 - 11:00 pm PDT I was on the page with a subscription in red. I’m logged in. I entered and checked my credit card. I push the red Subscribe button, but nothing happened. My email is rakubob@redacted. My USAA Credit card people called me this morning and you charged 4 $1.00 transactions and paid them back. Can you get me in yestersay's pricing?

1 year agoTried to use the app this morning but wouldn’t work so just subscribed thinking I needed to to make it work but still having no luck. Just says ‘typing’ and it’s as if it’s frozen. Is there something g I need to to to make it live?

1 year agoI just paid $129.99 for an annual subscription on my phone and can’t open it! It keeps wanting me to subscribe again or upgrade. The money has been taken out of my bank account.
