How to fix RunwayML app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RunwayML app on iPhone
Update RunwayML app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RunwayML iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RunwayML on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RunwayML network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RunwayML Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RunwayML not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RunwayML App
1. On android, goto Settings » RunwayML » click [Force Stop]

Update RunwayML to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RunwayML App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RunwayML » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RunwayML.

Fix RunwayML unable to contact server/ RunwayML internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RunwayML » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RunwayML » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
