Absolutely horrid

I have no idea how this can get so many rave reviews. The magic brush doesn’t work at all. You mask out the area of the video that you want to animate, and you get a result where everything but the mask is moving. For example, I uploaded a picture of a woman sitting on a bench with a sculpture. I then masked out the sculpture to animate it, and Gen2 gave me a video of the woman falling off the bench. Really, now. None of the results are usable. Bottom line, just wait for Pika Labs 1.0. It will be a RunwayML killer.
Fun at first but many flaws and scam-ish

It starts off great. Very fast loading times generating videos in first couple days of subscription. Then it all goes down hill from there as you see and experience the flaws of the AI and what they won’t allow you to do. Like generating a political candidate or celeb is not acceptable. That doesn’t even include how the AI won’t listen to you when giving a specific instructions like “wave at camera and put it back out of view”. That’s only the second to worst part to all of this.
If you buy the top subscription you get unlimited generating however you’re still limited to only generating 2 videos to queue, BUT videos generating TAKE FOREVER! The first 24 hours of having this everything took only a minute. Now everything is taking ages! If you want faster generating, even though you have the HIGHEST subscription you must PAY for a faster generating times for EACH one!
So although this program is fun at first, it’s AI is dumb and there are barriers that aren’t sexual they stop you from doing. Also feels like a scam if they just slow down your generating speeds after just 48 hours! Go find something else, just as I am.
There’s potential here

When using the img-to-video prompt, I had a lot of problems with style consistency. With every image I put in, as the video went on it would slowly degrade the style of the image to something more cartoony and less detailed. And there weren’t really too many options to fix that.
Overall I was a bit disappointed. I saw some really cool results on reddit where the image to video results were fantastic and the style stayed consistent throughout. But i wasn’t able to replicate those results here.
