Immediately deleting! My fiance sent me Coexist and we thought it would be a great way to organize household chores, tasks, etc. Turns out you literally can’t do anything that’s not pre-loaded in Coexist without paying. You can’t even use their existing templates! Absolutely ridiculous! Everyone is too eager to keep everything behind a paywall. I understand not wanting ads, but I would rather deal with a few ads for a limited free version (God forbid I create one task without you asking for money). I would even consider it if was a one-time purchase, but I refuse to pay yet another monthly subscription for a little extra organization. I’ll stick to my shared Notes and calendar reminders for free.

We love Coexist. It takes the stress out of managing our home and lives. It helps us say organizing and get critical tasks done that we’d otherwise forget about until they become way overdo and even bigger issues. I love that Coexist auto populates my favorite recipes into Coexist . It helps me quickly and easily meal plan, make a shopping list, and skip all the text and ads that come with online recipes. We use shared lists to track gift ideas, books / shows / podcasts, and other stuff we both care about of have input into.

Coexist is super easy to use and allows to coordinate schedules, track household chores, and even manage our grocery list and meal plans. As a bonus it also has planning guides for things like a party, a house guest and a pet sitter. Coexist is also super helpful for non nuclear families (divorced parents with joint custody or elder care).

Coexist is incredible for folks who shoulder all the mental load of living in a shared space - our tasks section covers everything from taking out the trash to paying our heating bill and making sure our houseplants are safe and sound! i love that i no longer have to harass my roommates for money for bills as that was a huge source of tension in the relationship - well worth the $5 a month for peace of mind! super easy to set up and use as well!

Coexist is simple and easy to use. All the templates and tools are so thoughtful and really facilitates managing and coordinating across the home especially when sharing responsibilities with a partner! Can’t recommend enough.

this app is in a league of its own. Somehow it takes the mess of modern life and emotional labor and makes it digestible, fair, and even pretty on the eyes. I’m really excited to see how it makes our home life more balanced and resilient. 10/10 stars!!!

this app has been so amazing. It’s so nice to not have to delegate everything to my partner all of the time anymore and follow up endlessly. We have a billion and one workplace management tools, it’s time to start doing it at home!!!!

My partner and I have been using Coexist for the past few months. It helps SO MUCH to organize chores, keep track of groceries we need to buy, and plan out menus/cooking schedules for the week. I also love the layout of Coexist - easy to use and super cute designs :)

Me and my girlfriend are loving Coexist. It’s quickly found it’s way into my routine, especially around meal planning. Also the premium subscription’s list templates are so helpful- after four years of living in earthquake and fire prone California, I’m finally getting our emergency kit organized!

I was having problems (my fault) so I went ahead and sent an email because I couldn’t figure it out for the life of me. They figured it out extremely quickly and merged the accounts together for us. So far Coexist is looking absolutely amazing and I am so glad I added it!

As a newly blended family + a new baby OTW this is exactly what we needed to bring a sense of order to our home. We went from living single + kids in three bedroom homes to co-living with (almost) 4 little ones in a 6 bedroom home. We were struggling to keep up with tasks with random paper lists throughout the home. Coexist has given us one central space where everyone can collaborate and keep up with responsibilities. Even my 9 year old can easily navigate Coexist and her responsibilities. This has really changed the game for us! Grateful and thankful for such a useful tool.

Managing a home is not an easy task, especially when you have the whole family joining in for the holidays! this app did wonders in helping us organize lists, and tasks! It was a big assistance and made it easier for us to shop for groceries more efficiently and hold everyone accountable for their assigned chores at home! Loved it!

This has become my fav app. Great features that have allowed me and my partner to communicate about household chores way better. My favorite feature is the “grocery list” option! Both of us can add what we want so when one of us shops we don’t forget anything essential like the correct brand of cereal 🙃

this app has been so useful in delegating tasks between me and my roommate. We use it mostly to alternate weekly chores to keep our flat clean and our plants happy, and its been a total game changer! With a lovely design and extremely intuitive interface, this app has made our housework routine manageable, quick, and balanced between both of us. Love Coexist!!

First comprehensive app I found that helps me organize all aspects of life from meal planning to grocery, bills, kids/family activities, and the various other to-dos! It’s helping my husband & I stayed sane & on track as we manage our home, kids, parents, and our business. I also love their simple, calm graphics & text that make managing life fun. Highly recommended!

I’m an anxious perfectionist with a short attention span, so keeping track of tasks— let alone actually completing them— is an absolutely monstrous task for me. this app gave me this tangible space to keep everything in order, without getting overwhelmed by what needs to be done. Bonus points for (1) the extra little dopamine dose I get when checking something off the list, and (2) the cute (and weirdly calming??) graphics.

this app is Coexist we didn’t realize we needed, but yet may have just changed our lives. Out of all the life organizer apps out there, it’s the most intuitive to use, with a simple/easy to use interface, beautifully designed. It includes the most thorough range of life to dos one needs help with, and organizes it in a way that is very straight forward. Highly recommend; absolutely brilliant!

I can’t recommend this app enough! It has completely changed the way my partner and I manage our household. The shared recipes and customizable task lists are so easy to use, and we both feel more in sync now. I love how it encourages teamwork without feeling overwhelming.
