I was so excited to try this reading method. It’s been an absolute GODSEND. The problem is I can’t use it. Whether I’m in my phone, desktop, or tablet when I hit ‘PROCESS’ on the website in trying to convert it ALWAYS pops up completely blank. How do I fix this?
